The Economic Development Research Institute (EDRI) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, public policy research organization focused on economic development. The purpose of our research and activities is to enhance public debate and understanding of key economic indicators, strategies, and linkages. We serve the wider policy-making community of the South Florida region by providing citizens, scholars, and leaders in business, education, labor and government with the information they need to address a variety of economic challenges.
